We can certainly recommend this lovely house. We were 2 families with children and was never pinched, you could always find a quiet nook for relaxation and peace. Lots of space, newly renovated, good kitchen, super dining room, fine bedroom and good bathrooms. Outdoor facilities very very fine and super pool. Landlord very friendly and extreme service-minded. Everything ok.

Fueron unas excelentes vacaciones de Semana Santa !! La Finca recién renovada, muy cómoda, amplia muy bien ubicada ( al alcance de todo ). Una zona tranquila, mucha paz!! y naturaleza!! Cati, nuestra anfitriona nos dio desde principio a fin una excelente atención!! rápida, amable,simpática. Conocimos a los dueños de la Finca, una familia encantadora!! dándonos también una excelente atención y Bienvenida. Nos sentimos muy cómodos estando ahí !! El trato que recibimos por parte de Finca Holiday Mallorca fue espléndido e inmejorable. Fueron muy amables con nosotros y comprobamos que su empresa es muy profesional y competente. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe haben problemlos geklappt. Die Vermieterin Cati hat uns zudem noch wirklich tolle Tipps gegeben, was man sich auf der Insel anschauen sollte. Ich kann es jedem nur weiterempfehlen :)

¡Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia! El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado, ¡el jacuzzi lo redondeó todo! Teníamos un coche de alquiler y pudimos explorar toda la isla desde aquí. La zona es buena: en Porto Cristo hay numerosos restaurantes y una hermosa bahía de playa. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y podrían ser contactados rápidamente si tenía alguna pregunta. Recomendaríamos el apartamento a otras personas ..;)

Wir haben die Finca Bernadi dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal gebucht und sind nach wie vor von dem traditionellen, mallorquinischen Charme dieser Finca begeistert.
Das großzügige Platzangebot auf und um die Finca herum, die ruhige Lage, eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick und ein riesiger Pool lassen uns jedes Jahr erneut ins Schwärmen geraten – einfach toll.
Besten Dank an das Team von Finca Holiday Mallorca. Der Service & Support war auch in diesem Jahr prima .

Absolutely great week at this beautiful Finca. The house was pristinely clean and perfectly furnished. If you are looking for silence away from all crowds, nice small villages, and only a 15-20 minute drive to the beach, this is the place. Most days we could only pull ourselves away from the pool long enough to throw fresh fish on the outdoor grill. We highly, highly recommend this home. Thank you, Cati, for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. See you next year!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette maison au calme à la campagne située à 30 minutes de la mer. C′est un endroit très reposant. Vous pouvez faire votre footing du matin aux alentours. C′est placé au milieu de l′île donc idéal pour tout visiter. Il faut absolument une voiture pour vous y rendre. C′est spacieux, bien équipé, très propre et bien décoré. Il y a trois chambres, un BBQ, une machine à laver et une piscine. Il y a des orangées dans le jardin : c′est super pour se faire un jus d′oranges pressées tous les matins :) on trouve aussi des citronniers pour se faire des limonades. Il nous a juste manqué un chauffage d′appoint dans la chambre. Il n′y a pas de chauffage mais nous avons pu nous réchauffer grâce à la cheminée quand la température n′était pas très élevé la nuit - ceci posera aucun problème l′été ;) Nous avons passé de très bon moment dans cette jolie maison !

This villa is like something out of a movie. Seven of us stayed here for five days and had the most wonderful time. The villa as a whole sits in the most ideallic and serenic spot, with views across fields to a wonderful small town. At night, the church of the town is illuminated and can be seen from the villa - mysteriously breathtaking. The villa itself is impeccable, brilliantly large rooms that are clean and welcoming despite their size. You′ll never be short of something to do, even if you stay within the grounds as there is a pool room, swimming pool and ping-pong table. The kitchen space is fantastic and there are many places to hang out, relax and enjoy food. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable - a brilliant nights sleep was had by all. We really, really want to come back at some point. We loved the villa and Cati, the host, was absolutely wonderful throughout. Even when we took a while to leave on the final day! I don′t think we wanted to go home...!!

We stayed with our two children and the grandparents (4 adults, 2 children). The villa was slightly remote and allowed for the right amount of privacy. The children could enjoy the pool at any time of the day. Everything was well looked after and taken care off. The pool and entrance area was cleaned every second day. On arrival we were greeted by Cati + her mother and guided to the villa. Due to our late arrival we asked Cati in advance whether she could organise some dinner and breakfast. It was all perfectly prepared and local delicacies, fruits and continental style breakfast was organise. Cati also introduced us to the local "way of dealings", the opening hours of the shops and the beaches. We knew the area already but there is nothing like a local inside.

It was perfect! Very nice, big and clean house. The pool is great with a stair in the beginning (for the little children also great). The owner and Cati were very friendly. They helped us with everything. The village is small but nice if you′re looking for a place where tourism isn′t on every corner. There are some restaurants, shops and bars. We had a good time!

Cati and her family offer this finca with a great way to communicate. Whenever we had questions, the answer came straight away. The check-in was punctual and warm hearted. The finca was clean, the interior made with love and the garden with the pool is just a wonderful piece on earth. The kitchen has all it needs, so does the bathroom. Every room has a ventilator and the beds are very comfortable. We would book our holidays in Mallorca again with Finca-Holiday. It was great!

Incredible place to stay and 5m walk from one of the best beaches of Majorca. Elena the host was so nice and very responsive. The apt was very clean, quiet and has great views of the seas. My wife and I will be going back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely finca. We were there for a week, two couples with a rented car, and we could not have chosen a better spot for our stay. Easy to get everywhere, excellent communication with the hosts and local connections and everything just as described. Would highly recommend!

Die Finca liegt versteckt und ruhig im Inland Mallorcas. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man alles Notwendige, wie Einkaufen und Tanken schnell erledigen. Das Außengelände ist sehr schön gepflegt, der Pool sauber und vom Granatapfelbaum schmecken die frisch gepflückten Früchte besonders lecker. Abends kann man sehr gemütlich und ungestört grillen. Cati ist eine richtig tolle Gastgeberin und bemüht sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Es war wirklich richtig schön in Ariyani. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg... einzig die Fliegen haben ein bisschen genervt, aber so ist das eben auf dem Land;-)

Wir waren zu 8. in dieser wunderschönen Finca und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön, der Pool hat die perfekte Grösse, die Badezimmer sind modern und die Finca geräumig, sauber und hell. Super Betreuung durch Finca Holiday Mallorca! Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind (2 Jahre) und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Villa ist charmant eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viele Extras. Auch die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet. Kindersicherungen, -bett und – hochstuhl können bestellt werden. Zwei Terrassen laden am Abend zum Barbecue und Verweilen ein. Ruhige Wohnlage. Strand und kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig in der Nähe. Danke!
