This beautiful, well-maintained holiday apartment has wonderful sea views since it is located right next to the coast of S′Illot - Cala Morlanda. The flat consists of a living / dining room, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a furnished terrace where you can enjoy magnificent breakfasts or romantic dinners in absolute tranquility.

From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent direct view of the sea. Various kinds of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot. The area of ​​S′Illot-Cala Morlanda is one of the quietest areas of Llevant (Manacor and Comarca). The area also boasts one of the best coves on the Island. Just a few minutes away by car there’s the town of Porto Cristo, where you will find restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops. Close to Porto Cristo you can enjoy a day exploring the famous Caves of Mallorca (Hams / Drac). If you prefer a bigger trip, you can visit Manacor, the second largest city in Mallorca (20 mins by car). .

The cleaning fee is €80. In the case of Bookings of less than a week, the cleaning fee will be €120.
