This exclusive and rustic finca is situated on a plot measuring more than 15,000 m2. From the property you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the town of Manacor. It is also very close to the most beautiful coves and beaches in the area, including Cala Varques, Cala Anguila, Cala Pilota and Porto Colom, which are only 15 minutes away by car.

The house was completely renovated in 2016 and consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a spacious living / dining room, all of which are decorated tastefully with very light colours. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has direct exit to the outside area, which includes a pool (9 x 5 m), a BBQ and an outdoor kitchen with several tables where you can eat with family / friends. The pool is surrounded by a grassy area, where you can play with children or sunbathe. There is also an area for beach volleyball / beach ball. The house is a few minutes’ drive from the Rafa Nadal sports center, on the outskirts of Manacor. Air conditioning / heating, including a fireplace, are also available.
