Travelling 4km out of Manacor in the direction of Colonia de Sant Pere, you’ll find the spectacular Finca Conies, which sits on more than 100.000m of land. The house was built in 1800 though it was fully renovated in 2012, with some small refurbishments still underway. The house boasts over 220m and consists of 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The lounge / dining area is over 70m. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen is decorated in a Mediterranean style. There is an adjoining annexe where you will find a small studio with a romantic double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Entirely separate from the main house there is a private terrace at the rear. The pool measures 5 x 10m and the area also includes several hammocks, as well as an outdoor kitchen and dining area with a BBQ.
