Enchanting little house in typical Mallorcan style. The old stone house was entirely renovated in 2019 maintaining the most authentic Mallorcan rustic character along with high quality construction.
The spacious salon, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated on the same floor. All the spaces are nicely decorated with high quality elements, closely related to nature and the original raw materials. The traditional pebble-lined floors give warmth to the environment and the feeling of constantly being in contact with nature.
The master bedroom is en suite and the second bedroom also has a large bath.
Barbecue available and a garden with a covered arab bed for napping in its shade.
The pool is ideal for cooling off, or to just sit in and have a drink with friends, surrounded by beautiful countryside and your neighbors, the sheep from the farm next door.
You can access the first floor from the garden, where there is a relaxation room, with a hammock and wonderful views on all four sides. A great spot to disconnect, relax or to read a book.
The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need to make any meals you would like. 5 minutes from the house is a market with local vegetables and fruits as well as olive oil, vinegars, wine, and many other ingredients. A short walk into the village of Montuiri, there is a HiperCentro supermarket. It’s a lovely village to stroll through and Monday mornings it has its weekly market. On the plaza is a terrific bar that is very friendly to foreigners and filled with local people as well. It serves excellent homemade food.
The house is elegant and comfortable. If you want to get away from it all and still have easy access to the entire island, this house will ensure you a perfect vacation.
