This magnificent finca is located on the outskirts of Manacor with an impressive view towards the Levantine coastline. Because the farm is well-elevated, on clear days it is possible to see both Porto Cristo and the town of Artà. The farm itself is very old, though it was recently restored to its former glory in great taste and with attentive care.
The house is composed of 6 double rooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a bathroom (including a bathtub). The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. The house also has 2 kitchens, one on each floor.
The spacious garden area includes a pool, which measures 15 x 6.50 m, as well as Balinese hammocks, which are ideal for sleeping and / or relaxing in front of the pool. Since there aren’t any neighbours, guests can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility. Air conditioning and heating (including a fireplace) are available at an additional charge.
